Job #: 2945TM – Technical Support Lead Position Focus:

  • Mentor the merchant support team and help handle any troubleshooting escalations from partners
  • Provide technical support to clients and continued development of payment gateway
  • Facilitate design and programming of merchant web payment forms
  • Maintain company website and help developers troubleshoot gateway issues

Location: Virtual/Remote

Compensation: Base Salary + Multiple Bonus Opportunities, Benefits, 401k, PTO

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in the Payments/ FinTech industry
  • High School Degree is required, A.A. Degree preferred but work experience is the most important requirement
