Job #: 2945TM – Technical Support Lead Position Focus:
- Mentor the merchant support team and help handle any troubleshooting escalations from partners
- Provide technical support to clients and continued development of payment gateway
- Facilitate design and programming of merchant web payment forms
- Maintain company website and help developers troubleshoot gateway issues
Location: Virtual/Remote

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of technical support experience in the Payments/ FinTech industry
- High School Degree is required, A.A. Degree preferred but work experience is the most important requirement
