MoneyTech Search is working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager for a client who is an international leader in the Payment Processing industry. Our client has been a stable, innovative player in the Global Payments space for over a decade. Client has won awards multiple times for Best Company Culture and Fastest Growing Company in the Payments Industry.

Position Focus:

• Ensure day-to-day business operations are running smoothly
• Monitor client retention & acquisition metrics; Provide suggestions to meet and surpass company goals
• Enhance customer satisfaction and handle customer complaint escalations
• Increase revenue through cross-selling solutions and managing client portfolio
• Managing a team of 7

Background Required:

• At least 2 years of experience in the Payments/FinTech Space
• Prior Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but Not Required
