MoneyTech Search is recruiting for an award winning Global Payments Service Provider with Tier 1 Bank Sponsorships throughout the US, Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean. They are searching for a service-oriented Support Technician to provide technical support through email and phone calls.

Position Focus:
- Part of the team that provides support for any client issues with Equipment, Payment Gateway, POS equipment, and General Terminal support related inquiries
- Coordinate with software/hardware vendors, banks, processors, & gateways when necessary
- Part of the “Go To” team that troubleshoots any issues clients/partners have
Skills and experience
- Effective communication & being a team player is required
- At least 2 years of experience in the Payments/Fintech Industry
- Prior experience in a tech support type role is a must
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $45k (some flex based on experience) with 3 weeks of PTO, 100% Health Coverage, 401k.
